Burnley Bobcats held their annual awards ceremony this year at Rosegrove Unity Working Mens Club, and celebrated in style after promotion to the Premier League in the North West Arena League the day before.
Mike Robinson, head coach and Matt Holden, assistant coach made the presentations.
Joshua Lambert, 14, was named swimmer of the year and boys swimmers’ swimmer of the year after a fantastic 2013 with Ellie Taylor, 13, voted the girls’ swimmers’ swimmer of the Year by the squad. Colette Meade, 14, and Thomas Mackay, 13, won the special recognition award, while William Beaven, 15, and Madison Beswick, 14, won the most improved swimmers of the year.
