Blackburn Hawks ended the year on a thrilling high with back-to-back victories over the weekend.
Jared Owen saw his side come from three goals down to win 6-3 at home to Solway Sharks on Sunday. It was a win which moved the Hawks four points clear at the top of the NLN Cup standings.
And it came on the back of an 8-4 league success at Manchester Minotaurs on Saturday.
