MEMBERS of St Mary’s Fun Club at Abbotts Ann School hosted a party for Andover Young Carers in their new school.
After an afternoon of fun and games the children enjoyed a spread provided by pupils and parents. The party finished outside with each child releasing a helium balloon with a prayer attached asking for God’s blessing on someone they loved and cared for.
Organiser Rosie Davis said: “We are grateful to local firm Le Creuset for so generously sending each young carer home with a very special breakfast set as a memento of the afternoon’s fun.”
