A 59-YEAR-OLD man breached an anti-social behaviour order by trespassing on a railway line in Earlestown.
Edward Dent, 59, of Edward Street, Haydock went on the lines of Network Rail on several dates in January, St Helens Magistrates’ Court heard.
It breached an anti-social behaviour order he was placed under in 2011.
Dent was sentenced to a ten week curfew order, which will see him electronically tagged.
