INTERNATIONAL goalkeeper Benjamin Buchel has joined the Magpies on loan from AFC Bournemouth.
The 23-year-old will compete with Jason Matthews for the number one jersey while Alan Walker-Harris has parted company with the Magpies by mutual consent.
Buchel signed a six-month contract with the Cherries back in August 2012 and has won five caps for Liechtenstein.
