Bowlers spent hours clearing snow from their green
Schools might have been closed and transport disrupted but nothing stopped the hardy winter League bowlers at East Lancashire Club in Blackburn’s Dukes Brow.
Keen to get their weekly games on, Neil Spencer and Jim Swan spent hours clearing the snow from the grass to allow play to go ahead as planned
