ROVERS boss Michael Appleton was a disappointed man after he saw his side concede a last-gasp spot kick to draw with Brighton tonight.
Appleton seemed set for a first win after Jordan Rhodes converted a penalty on the stroke of half-time.
But David Goodwillie's late foul gave Albion the chance to level - and David Lopez did just that.
"We controlled the game and their keeper was a lot busier than ours and a second goal would have killed the game," said Appleton.
"The most disappointing thing is 45 seconds before the penalty fourth official is screaming at the refereesaying the game is finished.
"To conceed after that is very disappointing but it was a silly challenge from David and he knows that but I am not going to harp on about that."
