PADIHAM’S first fixture on a 4G plastic pitch saw then draw 1-1 at Stockport Sports.
Storks had the better of the first half and led 1-0 after Ben Allen turned in a Tom Bradley free kick.
Mark Sharples hit the outside of the post on 51 minutes but the home side got on top in the last half hour and equalised with nine minutes left through Craig Flowers.
With 10 seconds left David Sherlock headed a close range effort over the bar for Padiham.
