Bromley slides to 18th spot

KRISTAN Bromley recorded his worst result of the season after he finished in 18th place in the seventh round of the Skeleton World Cup in Konigssee.

The former world champion from Waterfoot clocked a combined time of 1min 45.25secs – more than three seconds slower than race winner Martin Dukurs of Latvia. Bromley, 40, the only man to win the World Cup, World Championships and European Championships in the same year, has slipped down to sixth place in the overall rankings with two races remaining.
