TEAM NEWS: Murphy misses out for Blackburn Rovers

DANNY Murphy has been ruled out of tonight’s home game against Cardiff City because of injury.

Dickson Etuhu replaces Murphy in central midfield after recovering from illness, with Rovers also making two more changes for the game.

Josh King starts up front in place of Colin Kazim-Richards, while Morten Gamst Pedersen drops to the bench and is replaced by Markus Olsson.

Rovers: Paul Robinson, Adam Henley, Scott Dann, Grant Hanley, Martin Olsson, Mauro Formica, Dickson Etuhu, Jason Lowe, Markus Olsson, Josh King, Jordan Rhodes. Subs: Jake Kean, Gael Givet, Morten Gamst Pedersen, Fabio Nunes, Ruben Rochina, Simon Vukcevic, Colin Kazim-Richards.

What is dikson etuhu role on the pitch, if lowe is the deeper player, where is he conributng, so far there is nothing from him yet to show has he done something to support the attackers, from the way its going it looks as though the players feel they have lost even before they have come onto the pitch.

We need two defenders,two midfieiders and a striker if we have any chance of promotion this season.Our three games ended in defeat at fotress Ewood park,Millwall,Bolton ad Cardiff .Scott Dann makes too many mistakes,Etuhu is the worst midfieder Rovers have signed in a decade.Rhodes is just a league one striker.Berg needs time to sort out the bad signing Kean made and clear the rubbish and sign quality players .Rovers hav been a laughing stock in the Championship league ,we might end up like Leeds.
