I hope the staff and players do the fans justice for their loyalty. I also hope Berg puts out a team to win the game ie 4-4-2 instead of leaving Rhodes isolated up front!!

Now the Rovers allocation has been sold, they only have to fill the massive gaps in the home stands, there should be some passing troggs chasing cars and throwing rocks at the moon, who could be tempted with the promise of some free goose grease to dip their sore digits in.

The referee is Lee Mason who, if memory serves me correctly, sent three players off (two of ours) in a derby with Preston at the turf a few years ago.

I agree. I've never been one for gobsh1ting about whats gonna happen and am not about to start. Keans disease was rife throughout the club and we are still smack bang in the middle of what you might call a long and drawn rehabilitation under Berg, who has improved things (it couldn't get any worse) but still has some serious work on his hands to get the best out of this Rovers squad.

The one thing in our favour is the desperation of the Bonleh fans to win a derby game. The absolute craving to beat Rovers filters down to the players and in times gone by, the Bonleh players have looked like rabbits in headlights and bottled it.......

I'll no doubt get slated for this but I would actually take a draw from this one......

Very sensible post from a Claret for once. As a Rovers fan I've never felt more nervous about a derby game with Burnley, I do think that our unbeaten record could be broken. I really hope I'm wrong but I'd take a draw if you offered it just to preserve the unbeaten status of my lifetime. Hopefully will be a good game anyway with no spoiling from the ref (who I am definatley not a fan of)

I think there was one thread laughing at the poor ticket sales and how long it took to sell but fair play to the 3,400, ticket price + coach + time etc makes it an expensive day out and they are to be commended for their faith, its over 20% of your home attendance after all.

Probably because they deserved it. We've seen before how your players try to emulate your larger than average contingent of brain-dead fans when we come to your place. Russell trying to take Dunnys kneecaps off and that bell end out the longside having a do at Savage before Ryan Nelson stepped in and he run off chased by the big kiwi.
When will you backward inbreds realise behavior like that makes you hated by every other Lancashire club and plenty further afield.

Formica (Argies are never scared of dropping for a decision),Martin Olsson (it worked last time), Nuno Gomez(got away with it in the world cup finals),to name but a few.
Pederson, Dunn, Vukevic, Rhodes and Givet, will all stay on their feet though, but I bet the names alone strike fear into the heart of you dingles. All top quality internationals coming to entertain the less fortunate from the wrong end of the M65

I nearly showed sympathy to bananaclarets, thought bluenick was a bit O.T.T. I think there was one thread laughing at the poor ticket sales and how long it took to sell but fair play to the 3,400, ticket price + coach + time etc makes it an expensive day out and they are to be commended for their faith, its over 20% of your home attendance after all. . Its the name Blackburn, not Rovers, that is so offputting..

I nearly showed sympathy to bananaclarets, thought bluenick was a bit O.T.T. (like a Kevin Russell tackle on Dunny 12 years ago!) on him for am honest post, then g0b5hite midas comes on and undoes it all. Bluenick was right, they're obsessed with Rovers and always have been, bitter to the core and jealous beyond belief. They spend longer on our forum than their own and in that matter bluenick, get off that dog5hit website of theirs, its not good for you, you'll end up growing an extra finger and wanting to date close family members!
