Victor Keunan is hoping to become the next player to come off the Stonyhurst College production line after he was selected for trials for the North of England U16s squad.

Just like the likes of Will Greenwood, Kyran Bracken, Iain Balshaw and more recently, Joe Ansbro, Victor has set his sights on become an professional player.

“I would like to be a professional rugby player in the future and study architecture,” said Victor who will attends trials at Sandbach RFC on December 9.

Victor, who lives in London when not studying at the Clitheroe College, also plays for Harlequins.

He added: “We train with the U17s and U18s players who play for England, as well as with the U16s. This really makes us raise our game and means that the training is very challenging.”
