Since being very young I have always had a keen interest in art and anything creative in general. Photography is a means of expressing myself. I also like to paint, write, and compose music. I would say my photographic style is dark, selectively lit, and graphically composed. I like strong, bold shapes, and heavy blacks in my work. I like meeting people who have interesting stories to tell, and I like the winter sun when it is low in the sky. I have worked at the Lancashire Telegraph since September 2007.
