I got into photography just because of the love of nature. It was about seven years ago and since digital photography came in, I just find it fascinating. I love all nature programmes on television, and when I watch them just want to get out there taking pictures. Whilst I have no photographic qualifications, my favourite subjects are the kingfishers on the pond at Towneley. I would love to do some black and white photography at some point, such as at Burnley Golf Club Ladies' centenary this year, where I am a member. This would be a good event to cover, and I am hoping take some stunning black and white portraits.
