  • I took this while on a walk with my wife along the Leeds, Liverpool canal on a late summer evening. The rippling reflections make an interesting painting like picture.
  • I had always wanted to take a picture of a motorway trail. This is my first attempt at it.
  • This was shot from the top of Gummer How in the Lake District. The view is looking toward the coast and Ulverston, over Coniston Water.
  • I took this on the way to Rivington Barn. I liked the way the mist had collected in the Valleys so that only the higher ponts were visible. It has an industial feel about it.

I have been actively involved in photography for the past two years, and looking to pursue it as a career. Over this time I studied a level two, photography course at Blackburn College, and now regularly work as a sports and press photographer in the evenings and weekends. I aim to further my photography education this year, again through part time study, looking to achieve a Level three City and Guilds qualification in photography, and eventually work towards a NCTJ press photography certificate. I am committed to achieving my goal, and making photography my full time career.
