My interest in Photography began at the age of 16 when I started an A level course in Digital Photography at St Marys College in Blackburn.
Living in Burnley I began taking images out and about where I explored what the medium has to offer.
I love capturing the essence of a place, the personality of a person, or even the beauty of a landscape. I enjoy taking photos of everything and anyone, a photograph captures a moment in time which allows us to look upon it in many different ways, each of us has a different reading of any one photo which makes the possiblities of photography endless.

previous image icon I loved how the use of lighting in this shot created strong shadows and silhouettes, this really brings out the detail of the pier. Underneath the pier is hidden away and the untouched nature of its appearence is something we can admire.
