Letter: Getting tough on tenants

IF I rented out properties, I would vet people before I took them on.

And if I found out they were drug dealers drug addicts or growers they wouldn’t even get a foot in the door!

Even someone smoking weed wouldn’t get a look in.

And if I had houses broken into by the police to raid illegal cannabis farms, or my houses being used for drug taking or drug dealing rented out to tenants on my books, those tenants would lose their tenancies and be forced on to the street.
