Letter: Some drivers just ignore the rules (From Lancashire Telegraph)

• "Asda is a private car park, can they "enforce" the blue badge scheme?

  Perhaps there should be some flexibility, for example, on ASDA they could enforce blue badge between 10am and 6pm but not otherwise?

  Same with "parent and child" - how many "children" should be out shopping at 9pm? Not the 30 car spaces worth that have preferential parking outside my local supermarket!"
