Sheila Brennan opens our eyes

CAN I say a great big thank you to our own Mrs Herriot (All Creatures Great and Small) Mrs Sheila Brennan for her poems and little notes.

She champions the cause against cruelty to bulls and brings to our often unseeing, uncaring eyes all the beauty in buds, bees, flowers, trees, animals of every kind in such a caring, kind and often very brave way.

If it helps get the message across of respect to all creatures, human or animal. Blackburn could do with a million Sheila Brennans. More power to her pen, she deserves a medal.
