Students could invigorate area
There’s always a lot of doom and gloom in the comments section about Blackburn – but things are looking up.
Once the Cathedral Quarter and the Bus Station are complete, the town centre will look great.
We’ve got a decent mall and market – we just need the nightlife to come back! And turning Blackburn College into a university would do this. I’m not sure of any future plans but a truck load of students would reinvigorate the area. Just look at Preston.
