RE the letter Help stop animal experiments. I fully agree with Kate Fowler-Reeves' comments about cruel and useless experiments.
It has been admitted that animals and humans have different reactions to drugs, and that humans have died because of adverse reactions to drugs successfully tested on animals.
The only humane and effective way forward is to research non-animal testing methods.
