I WAS pleased Blackburn fashion designer Wayne Hemingway refuses to use fur in his designs (LT, February 13).
Wayne is to be admired for his sensitivity to the fate of sentient creatures.
The only place fur belongs is on the animal. If people knew the suffering and methods of killing animals for their fur, they would never wear real fur.
