On December 3 I will be 82. I have lived on my own for 12 years since my wife died of cancer.

I have three children. My youngest son lives in Australia, my eldest lives in Portsmouth and my daughter lives in Harwood.

I am getting worse but you have to carry on.

When I was 75 I got a free TV licence and have a mobility car which is my lifeline as I cannot get around.

I thought I would increase my TV viewing and tried Sky but found it was too expensive.

I love watching football and cricket so I tried Virgin. I could not afford this so I just have Freeview.

If the government can give me a car to get me around and a free TV licence, why do the TV companies still screw the disabled pensioner?

I wrote to the Prime Minster and he said he would look into it but I doubt anything will change.
