RE: THE start of the general election campaign and David Cameron’s refusal to take part in a television debate unless the Green Party is also invited.

I don’t trust Mr Cameron’s motive but I agree the Greens should take part. I want to hear all sides. We are continually being told now it is a choice between ‘competence and chaos’ – Labour or Tory.

To be fair, both these parties have done us over. The list is almost endless.

In the 60 years of my voting life, I have never known our country to be so divided and in such chaos.

So sometimes you have to compromise and at the election, I shall be voting for Ukip. I don’t agree with all they have to say but, as Albert Einstein said: “When you stop learning, you start dying.”
