RE, THUNDERSNOW hits East Lancashire I spent eight years at St Mary’s College and no buses, not even single deckers, ever went anywhere near the stretch of Shear Brow below St James’s Road, even in ideal conditions. What has changed, apart from maybe common sense being in shorter supply than it once was?
