RE, ‘Unprecedented’ number of patients at East Lancs A&E If these people could get an appointment at their doctors, they would not use the A & E at Royal Blackburn as a Doctors surgery. My Doctors open their phone lines at 0830, by 0845 all the appointments have gone. So you cannot access a doctor when you need one.
