Re: Bacup’s NatWest to be axed because customers ‘would rather bank online’ (LT December 5).
It is nothing to do with what customers want or don’t want.
It simply means the NatWest will save money and be able to cut staff.
Online banking costs them virtually nothing, and customer satisfaction or needs are ignored.
