I wouldn’t consider any vehicle more than five years old remotely safe. I’m OK if someone wants to run one, that’s their own risk, but not to provide a commercial service. Safety is paramount.

. . .IT is not only the cars that look a mess: the drivers also need to take a long look at themselves. Has anyone noticed the difference between bus and taxi drivers? The bus drivers look very smart and professional.
