WITH reference to the residents’ campaign against plans at Boundary Mill in Colne, up to 300 jobs does sound a lot for a garden centre.
I bet they get their planning permission. I can’t see it being turned down at the dead end of a motorway.
If it does not end up as a garden centre, it will be a factory or warehouse. It’s the lesser of two evils for the residents, I’m afraid.
