TRAFFIC chaos has again hit a major road into Blackburn.
The A59 at Samlesbury and Preston New Road heading east from the M6 is still down to one lane because of resurfacing work.
Vehicles are backing up on to the motorway as drivers crawl through the bottleneck.
The M65 has also been affected as a result as motorists seek an alternative route.
