£5k lead theft from Whitworth Civic Hall
LEAD flashing worth £5,000 has been taken from the roof Whitworth Civic Hall.
The tenants of the Market Street building are the Community Leisure Association of Whitworth, a non-profit making charitable organisation.
Police said it happened sometime over the past two nights.
Anyone who has any information should contact the police on 101 or anonymously on Crimestoppers 0800 555 111.
