A RADIO listener convicted of sending death threats to celebrity DJ Tim Westwood has had his sentence adjourned for psychiatric reports.
Mark Bulcock, 43, of Lord Avenue, Stacksteads, sent Westwood messages including one which read: ‘NOT CODE. I swear you're a dead man’.
District judge Peter Ward, who found Bulcock guilty of sending offensive messages, was due to deal with Bulcock yesterday.
But probation officers requested a mental health assessment and he was bailed until November 15.
