A LARGE porcelain pig stolen from outside a Rossendale cafe and held to ransom has been returned.
The culprits made peace with Snack Attack owners Amanda Perry and Fiona Pilling who laughed it off as a joke.
The ornamental animal, which stood outside the business in Stacksteads, was taken in August.
Messages were posted on the internet suggesting the shop’s mascot will be “taken on holiday to Ireland” and possibly “sold on eBay”.
