HOUSEBUYERS are invited to an open viewing day for a house with a huge pricetag.

The Manor on Leabank Country Estate, Rawtenstall, is on the market for £995,000 and viewers are invited to look around between 11am and 4pm on Sunday.

The house includes a cinema room and has a home audio system linked to all principal rooms, where it can be remotely operated.

It also has separate breakfast and family rooms, CCTV, a sun room leading from one of the bedrooms and five bathrooms, including four ensuite.

Local group Lea Bank Trust are safeguarding the woodland and working towards linking it to adjacent woods to form an extensive wildlife corridor for the local community.

remember leabank college, another sad loss for the community whilst one or two fat cats get richer. a cinema room whilst the rest of the valley has none, another example of the failure of democracy!
