A GROWING IT firm has recruited three new members of staff after receiving guidance from the Leadership and Management Advisory Service.
Aquasoft IT, based in Rawtenstall, helps businesses across the North West with computer networks and servicing. Owner and former Rossendale Council leader Tony Swain has recruited the new staff, which includes an apprentice, to help deal with the growth the company is currently experiencing.
Tony said:”I had a number of face-to-face meetings with a business coach who was able to make me look objectively at my business and identify what I needed to change and what I could do to take the business to the next level.
“I now spend much more of my time meeting directly with clients and potential clients. With me out of the office and the business growing I needed to recruit extra staff.”
