A MAN has been thrown from his car following a crash in Rossendale.
He suffered a broken arm in the incident in Bacup Road, Rawtenstall, this morning.
Another man who was in the 4x4 car also suffered injuries to his knee.
Both men, in their late twenties, were treated by paramedics at the scene and taken to Royal Blackburn hospital for further treatment.
Fire crews from Rawtenstall attended the incident at around 4.15am where the car had collided with a lamp post.
Firefighters used an environmental pack to make the scene safe.
They were at the scene for around 20 minutes.
