HASLINGDEN including Edenfield & Helmshore Neighbourhood Forum takes place on Monday, January 14 at Haslingden High School.
An open surgery session at 6.30pm will give residents a chance question ward councillors.
The meeting starts at 7pm and top of the agenda will be budget consultation as the council's cabinet want to hear views on its draft proposals for spending and council tax for the coming year.
A new chairperson will be appointed and there will also be a police update.
