A COMPANY which employs 426 people in Todmorden has been awarded the Queen's Award for Enterprise.
Weir Mindral Europe Ltd supplies equipment for mining and mineral processing, the power sector and other industries.
A jubilant managing director Kevin Spencer said: "This is in recognition of all the work put in by all the employees, as well as our suppliers and others connected with the company.
"There have been a number of changes over the last five years to get us where we are today, and our employees have taken these changes on board and supported us throughout," said the Halifax Road boss.
