Head-on collision on what must have been a near empty road at 1.30am? I sincerely hope the one at fault was the one injured. Too many morons are given driving licences.

They will be blaming it on the road again saying that it is dangerous.

i am the driver of the 106. i was returning from manchester after picking my friends up, as they were returning home for the weekend from the raf.
i am not blaming the crash on the road, the crash was due to the other driver and another car that were blatently racing each other. this story does not tell the extent as to what really happened, there were two cars speeding down towards haslingden on either side of the road, i was driving up from haslingden with 2 passengers; i tried to steer between the 2 cars but we hit the car on our side of road near enough head on. the other car drove away.
don't judge when you dont even know what happened.

o2, since you say you were not the driver at fault and indeed confirm that the driver of the other car was 'racing another car (not you)' which is both dangerous and moronic then i do not see where you are going with your comment.
we didnt know what had happened but judged anyway...turns out we were right however you dont seem to agree despite being the "innocent party". Is there something else your not telling us?
