A REPORT has been submitted following concerns that Springfield Gardens in Haslingden were falling into disrepair.
The council’s area manager is now investigating the issue of dog fouling in the gardens.
At the recent neighbourhood forum meeting it was confirmed that the gardens currently receive a basic level of maintenance including 10 grass cuts a year The report also stated that the flower beds were weeded during the summer months and pruned in the winter.
Results of the dog fouling investigation will be reported to the council in the near future.
