HEARING: Blackburn Magistrates Court.
A MAN has appeared in court charged with kidnap.
Blackburn magistrates heard Adam Hussain, 25, of Highfield Park, Haslingden, allegedly kidnapped Aqib Baig in Accrington on July 1.
No plea was entered.

The case was sent to Burnley Magistrates Court where Hussain will appear before a judge .
Hussain was given conditional bail not to contact directly or indirectly Aqib Baig and Hussain Ashfaq. He must also reside at his home address in Haslingden and not leave his house between 10pm and 7am.
