HASLINGDEN construction and consultancy firm Driver Group has announced a new joint venture with a Canadian company.
Driver, which has its headquarters in St Crispin Way, will team up with MHPM Project Managers Inc, which has 25 offices across Canada, to expand its brand in North America.
The companies said: “The purpose of this joint venture is to combine the respective capacity and skills base of the two businesses to provide a presence in the Canadian market for the Driver Group brand and its provision of expert services and claims and disputes services.
Dave Webster, Driver Group’s chief executive officer, said: “This strategic partnership allows Driver to expand its core services through a well established network of offices across Canada.
“And I look forward to working with Franklin and his team in developing the opportunities we see available to us.”
