Burst water main shuts Manchester Road in Haslingden
RESIDENTS in Haslingden have been left without water this morning after a mains pipe burst.
Manchester Road has been closed in both directions while emergency repairs are carried out.
The work is being carried out by United Utilities between the B6214 Deardengate and Townsend Street.
The road has been closed near the Black Bull Hotel.
