A MAN has been arrested after a motorbike was stolen from a driveway.
Police were called after a man had been seen loading a motorbike into a white transit van from a driveway in New Line, Bacup at 1am.
Officers found the van, which refused to stop.
A police spokesman said: "It was followed by pursuit trained officers into the Greater Manchester area.
"The van was eventually stopped after successful deployment of a Lancashire stinger.
"The man was arrested and both the van and motorbike recovered.
"The man will be interviewed later today."
