WHEN there are not enough spaces on your street, just park on the footpath - well that was the philosophy of one East Lancashire driver.
One Lancashire Telegraph reader has been in touch with a shocking picture taken on St Oswalds Street, Blackburn after a car mounted the path and parked.
This is just one example of the frustrating parking on the roads of East Lancashire.
A story about bad parking on the Telegraph website proved a real hit last week with angry motorists sending in their examples, which includes parking in a motorcycle space at a supermarket, and in a cycling lane in Blackburn.
