A WOMAN suffered minor injuries after a crash in Haslingden.
One fire engine from Rawtenstall and another from Greater Manchester Fire Service attended the incident incident involving a white Nissan Juke and a black Vauxhall Corsa on Lancaster Avenue at 9.24am.
A spokesman for the Lancashire Fire Service said: "We attended the scene for about 40 minutes and firefighters used cutting equipment to release one person from one car and they were later assessed by paramedics."
A spokesman for Lancashire Police said: "A woman suffered minor injuries in the incident."
A spokesman for the North West Ambulance Service said: "We sent one ambulance to the scene and we took one patient to the Royal Blackburn Hospital."
