Edgemoor Close, Shawforth
FIRE crews battled an electrical fire.
Firefighters were called to the house in Edgemoor Close, Shawforth shortly before 7pm.
A fire service spokesman said the electrical intake wiring in the property had ignited.
There were no injuries and firefighters used a dry powder extinguisher to put the fire out and a thermal imaging camera to confirm there was no residual fire a spokesman said.
