Whittle Street, Rawtenstall
PLANS to build a pair of semi-detached bungalows will be discussed by councillors tonight.
Rossendale councillors will determine whether an application to erect two bungalows, comprised of two bedrooms, will be built at land adjacent to Whittle Street, Rawtenstall at tonight’s development control meeting.
The proposed site plan will include a permeable paved parking area for two cars.
The existing conifers would be removed from the Whittle Street elevation of the site.
It will be discussed in the council chamber, the business centre, on futures park, Bacup from 6.30pm.
