RAWTENSTALL businesses and residents will get a glimpse of the town’s future at public information events at the end of this month.
The Rossendale Together Barnfield (RTB) Partnership are seeking views on the next phase of the multi-million pound Spinning Point development.
Three options are being developed including new housing and a hotel.
Officers and members of the RTB Board will present for residents’ questions.
The sessions are on Thursday September 28 from 2pm to 6pm and Friday, September 29 from 9am to 2pm at Longholme Methodist Church.
An online session is also planned.
Cllr Andy McNae, borough regeneration boss and RTB board member, said: “This is an exciting time for Rawtenstall town centre and Rossendale as well.
“The first phase of Spinning Point is progressing well so we are looking at what comes next.”
