A NUMBER of East Lancashire men have been charged with supplying class A drugs after an investigation by anti-corruption officers.
Greater Manchester Police's anti corruption unit arrested five people as part of the drugs probe.
Adam Jackson, 35, of Tong Lane, Bacup, has been charged with encouraging/assisting in the commission of supplying Class A drugs and two counts of possession of a Class A drug.
John Pounder, 30, of Cedar Avenue, Haslingden, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs and possession with intent to supply a Class A drug.
Daniel Wade, 35, of Laneside Road, Haslingden, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs while Callam Wood , 37, of Catlow Hall Street, Oswaldtwistle, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
Kerry Reeve, 35, of Barratt Gardens, Middleton, has been charged with encouraging/assisting in the commission of supplying Class A drugs, possession of a Class A drug and possession of a Class B drug.
All of them have been bailed to appear before Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Wednesday, July 26.
